Full usage rights are transferred to the client only after full payment.
We reserve the right to display the project (or a part of it) in our portfolio or on social media unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Client must ensure that any materials provided to us (e.g., logos, images, text) do not infringe third-party rights.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be published on this page with the date of the last revision.

10. Applicable Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Italy. Any disputes shall be settled under the jurisdiction of the relevant courts.

9. Confidentiality

All client information and project details are treated as confidential.
We may sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) upon request.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the delivered materials.
We are not responsible for errors caused by incorrect client input, delayed feedback, or third-party service interruptions (e.g., website platforms, printers, hosting providers).
We are not responsible for any issues arising from third-party platforms such as Tilda, Notion, Figma, etc.

Final files are delivered in standard formats (e.g., SVG, PNG, PDF, Figma, or others as agreed).
Delivery is made only after the final payment is received.
Project is considered complete upon full delivery of final files in the agreed formats.

6. Delivery of Files

This website may use cookies for essential functionality and analytics (e.g., Google Analytics) to understand user behavior and improve the site. You can manage your cookie preferences through your browser settings.

7. Cookies and analytics

Refunds are possible only before final approval of the design or prototype, as stated in our [Refund Policy].
Once the final version is approved, no refunds are issued.
If the project is terminated by the client after work has begun, a partial refund may be issued depending on progress and resources used.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Standard turnaround time is discussed individually and depends on the project’s complexity.
The client is entitled to a limited number of revision rounds, depending on the service package.
Additional revisions or changes beyond the agreed scope are subject to extra fees, which will be quoted and approved prior to execution.

4. Project Timeline & Revisions

Prices listed on the website or in service packs represent base rates. Final pricing is determined individually after the brief is completed and requirements are fully discussed.
Payment is made in up to three stages (as detailed in our pricing policy):

Booking deposit
Final design/prototype approval
Delivery of final files

We accept payments via SEPA bank transfer, PayPal, or card (by agreement).
All payments are documented. Invoices or receipts can be provided upon request.

3. Pricing and Payment

We offer professional creative services including (but not limited to):

Logo & brand identity design
Web and interface design
Visual communication (banners, packaging, etc.)
3D product visualization (if applicable)

The details of each service, including scope and deliverables, are discussed and agreed upon after reviewing the completed brief.
